Product information

We work to present product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and the made-to-order production process may cause minor differences in color, size, or pattern placement. Images are provided for reference.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete or inaccurate, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. We may contact you when additional information is needed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before an order is completed when available. Payment is processed through the payment option selected at checkout.

Made-to-order products

Palwink products are made to order. Production begins soon after an order is placed, so changes and cancellations generally cannot be completed after processing starts. Review product and size information carefully before ordering.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
